Client Service Administrator

With her strong eye for detail, Anne is a key player in quality control for each of Standing’s client teams. As Standing’s long-term editor, she ensures all copy, video content, design treatments, social media ads, and overall print and web layout are accurate, polished, relevant and follow client specifications. Anne is experienced in AP Style, Basecamp (project management) and HubSpot (customer relationship management and inbound digital marketing). Her goal is to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and target customers.

Anne uses Cision, Talkwalker and other key media monitoring tools to identify print, online, broadcast and social media coverage regarding our clients, as well as their competitors and the industry. In addition to creating regular reports, she provides real-time alerts to clients concerning breaking news stories, conversation drivers and influencers.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She is a passionate supporter of the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Our Little Haven and St. Louis Area Foodbank.
