November is a time to reflect in gratitude. The team at Standing has many reasons to be grateful – for one, the exciting opportunities to serve our clients, both new and existing! We are also excited that Small Business Monthly recently recognized Standing Partnership as a 2019 Five-Star Workplace in its November 2019 issue. This list encompasses organizations in St. Louis that have a distinguishable culture that promotes personal and organizational growth.

Our culture is shaped by our core values, which include ambition, integrity, collaboration and innovation. In practice, this means that our team has opportunities to develop new skillsets, deepen expertise across industries, and demonstrate leadership in the company and in the community. In an evolving industry, we need to constantly learn and be nimble in order to stay competitive.
