Kaitlin joins Standing Partnership’s Tech Practice as an account manager after nearly a decade of expertise in marketing and business development. Before joining Standing, she excelled in business growth roles, creating impactful relationships with innovative lead generation strategies and training sales teams to master outreach techniques.
Using strategic marketing, Kaitlin can’t wait to channel her creative problem-solving skills and dedication to business development into helping her tech clients achieve new levels of growth and success! She enjoys using a consultative approach to uncover what drives her clients, gaining deep insights into their needs and motivations to drive measurable results. Joining Standing Partnership is an exciting new chapter, and Kaitlin looks forward to continuing her journey.
Outside of work, Kaitlin loves exploring the beautiful parks of St. Louis with her husband and wonderfully rambunctious toddler. (Send help!) She also enjoys her role as the President of the Board for Helping-Hand-Me-Downs, an organization dedicated to helping St. Louis families break the cycle of poverty. Kaitlin is eager to bring her energy and commitment to the team and contribute to their collective achievements.
