Standing Partnership Recognized on the 2025 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces List

The Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW) is proud to reveal its 2025 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list, celebrating organizations from around the world that are redefining what it means to put people first. These forward-thinking companies have demonstrated a genuine commitment to building positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

The Global Top 100 list is drawn from the highest-scoring winners in each of IW’s regions worldwide, including Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, North America and the UK & Ireland. Standing Partnership, a Dix & Eaton operating group, is #31 on the global list.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards ask entrants to provide meaningful story and evidence of how they invest in their people. Participants complete an entry form within their region, structured around six key elements that IW believes are essential to building a PeopleFirst culture and ultimately, an Inspiring Workplace. These six elements are:

• Culture and Purpose
• Leadership
• Wellbeing
• Inclusion & Belonging
• Employee Voice
• Employee Experience

Inspiring Workplaces said that “the quality of submissions from each region has raised the bar, making it the strongest year our independent judges have ever seen.” It shows that more business leaders are truly putting their people first and seeing real benefits. It also highlights the positive, meaningful changes happening in workplaces around the world, as reflected in entries from every region.

The individual regional winners were decided by an independent expert judging panel and were subsequently announced at special in-person and online ceremonies earlier in the year.
