Getting to Know our Team | Margo Dill Balinski
Margo is passionate about helping organizations recognize and articulate their value and tell their stories.
With a background in agriculture and B2B writing, Margo Dill Balinski joins the Standing Partnership team as an associate with a passion for helping organizations recognize and articulate their value and tell their stories.
Margo joined the Standing team in early 2022. Excited to work in this collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment, she’ll continue her love for telling stories of hard-working and innovative people in agriculture, construction and health care.
Before landing at Standing, Margo worked as a quality assurance manager for Content Services at Farm Journal and managing editor for Doane Advisory Services, a 100-year-old agriculture consulting firm acquired by Farm Journal.
She also has experience as a freelance writer in several industries. Her freelance work includes hundreds of publications in national and regional print and digital forms, as well as on industry, nonprofit and corporate websites.
Margo holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in elementary education from Truman State University. She spent 12 years as a Missouri elementary public school teacher and is passionate about children’s literature. She has published children’s books for preschool to high school readers.
Outside of work, Margo is a mom to an enthusiastic and energetic tween daughter and an equally energetic (or maybe more so) mixed-breed rescue dog, Sudsi. She enjoys walking the dog, reading books for all ages and going to any musical theater with her daughter.
