Standing Partnership Named a Top 100 North American Inspiring Workplace for Second Time

Standing Partnership is a top Inspiring Workplace in 2025 -- recognized for its outstanding culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice and employee experience.

The Inspiring Workplaces Group (IW) announced its Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list across North America at an awards ceremony in Chicago – recognizing them as truly PeopleFirst organizations. In 2025, Standing Partnership is ranked 23 among the top 100 finalists and third among small businesses.

Celebrating its 10th year, Inspiring Workplaces™ honors organizations that put their PeopleFirst, creating cultures of trust, purpose, and belonging. More than just a great place to work, these workplaces empower individuals to thrive. Fueling innovation, performance, and lasting impact.

Matt Manners, Founder of The Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented: “As Inspiring Workplaces marks its 10th anniversary, we’re proud to recognize organizations that are setting the gold standard for PeopleFirst cultures. This isn’t just a feel-good approach, it’s a fundamental business strategy. With AI reshaping the way we work, organizations that continue to prioritize profit over people may find themselves facing short-term wins but long-term setbacks. PeopleFirst isn’t optional. It’s essential.”

The top 100 was decided by an independent expert judging panel under consideration of six key elements that IW believes are fundamental to creating a PeopleFirst culture, and by extension an Inspiring Workplace. They are:

  • Culture and Purpose
  • Leadership
  • Wellbeing
  • Inclusion
  • Employee Voice
  • Employee Experience

“We’re honored to be recognized again as an Inspiring Workplace,” said Melissa Lackey, current Standing Partnership Operating Group President. “For more than 30 years, we’ve been building a culture that reflects our values and drives innovation and impact. We’re proud to be a place where people can do their best work, thrive and grow.”

VP Andrea Shea, Sr. VP/Incumbent Group President Ashlyn Brewer and VP Nick Sargent attend the Top 100 Inspiring Workplace Awards Gala on June 24, 2025 in Chicago.
