Group President Melissa Lackey Named St. Louis Titan 100 for the 2nd Time

The St. Louis Titan 100 distinction recognizes business leaders in their industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Melissa Lackey, Standing Partnership Operating Group President, received the St. Louis Titan 100 distinction for the second consecutive year. The announcement was made on April 18 at the Titan 100 award ceremony in St. Louis. The Titan 100 program recognizes St. Louis’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.  Collectively, the 2024 St. Louis Titan 100 and their organizations employ more than 129,000 individuals and generate over $31 billion dollars in annual revenues.

“The Titan 100 are visionary leaders that inspire the St. Louis business community. These preeminent leaders have built a distinguished reputation that is unrivaled in their field. We are humbled to recognize the Titan 100 for their efforts to shape the future of the St. Louis business community,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO.

Lackey leads Standing Partnership, a marketing consultancy that helps organizations grow through customer acquisition, customer retention and removing barriers to growth. After operating for 32 years as a privately held, women-owned business, in November 2023, Standing Partnership joined forces with Dix & Eaton, a Cleveland-based 71-year-old strategic communications firm. Motivated by a desire to grow and scale up, Standing Partnership today operates as a division of Dix & Eaton and continues to focus primarily on complex and highly regulated B2B industries: technology, manufacturing, agriculture and professional services.

“It’s an honor to be recognized as a Titan 100 for the second year in a row, along with a group of distinguished business and community leaders,” said Lackey. “I share this award with my team. I’m inspired by the impact we can achieve together – for our clients, our community and the region.”

Lackey is a visionary who has made an impact both in the marketing industry and as a community leader — volunteering for board service with numerous non-profit organizations. As former board chair, Melissa continues to serve on the board of the Gateway Region YMCA in addition to her recent board appointment to FOCUS St. Louis, whose mission is to educate and connect leaders in the St. Louis region.

“On behalf of all the partners and associates at Wipfli, we congratulate all the Titan 100 winners. It’s an honor to recognize this special group of leaders in the St. Louis community. We appreciate the lasting impact each leader has made, and continues to make, in building organizations of significance both here in St. Louis and abroad. Your ingenuity and creativity have set you apart, and the honor of being seen as an industry Titan is most deserved,” said Adam Herman, partner at Wipfli, the headline sponsor.
