Ashlyn Brewer Named to St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025

Standing Partnership proudly celebrates Operating Group President Ashlyn Brewer for being named one of the St. Louis Business Journal (SLBJ) 2025 class of 40 Under 40 honorees.

For nearly 30 years, SLBJ has recognized rising leaders who excel in their professions and give back to the St. Louis community. The SLBJ awards team reviewed more than 300 nominations to select the 2025 class of 40 Under 40 winners. This year’s class represents a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, education and nonprofit work, representing companies, such as McCarthy Building Solutions, St. Louis SC, Rung for Women and Standing Partnership.

Ashlyn exemplifies both excellence in leadership and a dedication to the St. Louis community. Her career with Standing began in 2010 as an intern. Ashlyn’s drive and vision quickly propelled her into leadership roles—vice president, senior vice president, and, as of July 2025, operating group president. During her tenure, she transformed the firm’s Tech Practice into a revenue engine, piloted innovative staffing models and standardized offerings to meet client needs with agility and impact.

A passionate advocate for empowering women and families, Ashlyn makes a lasting impact through her volunteer work in the community. She serves as a Girl Scout leader, volunteers in the United Way Women’s Leadership Society and supports families through organizations like Our Little Haven, LifeWise STL, St. Louis Area Foodbank and Helping Hand-Me-Downs. She leads with innovation, curiosity and collaboration. Her recognition as a 40 Under 40 honoree is a testament to the transformative impact she brings to her team and clients.

Ashlyn and her fellow honorees will be profiled in the SLBJ’s November 7 issue and celebrated at the 40 Under 40 event the day before.
