Mihaela works with clients to influence regulatory outcomes, build public acceptance for new technologies and manage their reputations.

As senior vice president, Mihaela serves as senior client counsel and is also responsible for Standing Partnership’s own marketing efforts. Fluent in five languages, she has built her expertise across continents and industries. Mihaela helps organizations remove barriers to growth by building acceptance for new products or mitigating reputational liabilities.

Mihaela works with clients to engage their most important stakeholders to influence regulatory outcomes, build issues management programs, crisis plans and effective messaging. Multinationals and start-ups alike turn to Mihaela for strategic counsel, industry expertise and result-focused outcomes. She has counseled senior leaders in industries that range from life sciences, agriculture, chemical, health care and higher education. Her marketing savvy ensures that strategic communications and public affairs programs are closely aligned with business strategy.

Mihaela is an alumna of Focus St. Louis CORO Women in Leadership and can be frequently seen at the Danforth Plant Science Center, the St. Louis Agribusiness Club and events that bring together St. Louis’ international community.

Mihaela and her family spend all their vacations traveling internationally to visit family and explore the world. She and her husband take pride in seeing their three children develop a taste for international adventures.
