Michael Chandler has been working in business transformation, operational strategy and market expansion since 1998, with experience spanning healthcare, financial services, retail, biotechnology, agriculture and insurance. Much of his work has been centered on customer-centric transformation, helping organizations move beyond strategy to implementation, optimize business performance and develop scalable growth models. His approach aligns with marketplace shifts, ensuring that businesses don’t just plan for change but successfully execute it in ways that drive measurable impact.

Michael’s career includes corporate leadership, consulting and entrepreneurship, giving him a unique perspective on both building and improving businesses. Early in his career, he became a late-stage partner in a global consulting firm, which was successfully sold, participated in a strategic capital-backed roll-up strategy and co-founded a consulting firm that was later acquired. Since then, he has worked with companies on business strategy, service innovation and digital transformation efforts to drive operational excellence and long-term growth.

Over the years, Michael has helped organizations enhance efficiency, refine market positioning and execute high-impact initiatives. His work has included developing an integrated healthcare model that scaled to serve thousands of patients, contributing to enterprise-wide commercial and operational transformation efforts as part of a leadership team in the agriculture sector, driving business model evolution and playing a role in revitalizing an iconic consumer brand, leading to market expansion and increased engagement.

In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, exercising and woodworking.
