Julie has helped many clients make the connection between a positive reputation and stakeholder trust. She encourages her clients to listen to and understand the expectations of those impacted by their decisions and actions.

Julie serves as executive vice president of Standing Partnership. In addition to providing senior counsel to clients, Julie is part of the Dix & Eaton executive cabinet with enterprise-wide talent management responsibilities that include recruiting and retaining high-performing team members to partner with clients.

Since joining the firm more than twenty-five years ago, Julie has helped many clients make the connection between a positive reputation and stakeholder trust. She encourages her clients to listen to and understand the expectations of those impacted by their decisions and actions.
Julie has created crisis plans and executed crisis drills for a variety of organizations and has deep expertise in managing long-term crisis issues in the health care, agricultural technology and industrial spaces.

Her experience in strategic planning, thought leadership, and issues and crisis management make her an absolute asset to her clients. They trust her to help achieve their goals through effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, coalition building, issues monitoring, and crisis planning and training.

Julie is driven by the opportunity to help her clients achieve their goals and deliver impactful results. She appreciates the chance to expand her knowledge every day, practice continuous improvement and support Standing’s culture of learning and collaboration.
When Julie isn’t at work, she can be found at the Missouri Botanical Garden where she was a member of the Corporate Council for more than a decade. She is a member of the Issues Management Council, Women in Agriculture and the St. Louis Agribusiness Club. Julie is a graduate of Coro’s Women in Leadership program and has served on the board of the Coro Women in Leadership Alumni Association.

Julie has a master of liberal arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor of arts degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in business from Drake University.
