Julie is executive vice president and leads the firm’s agriculture practice.

Since joining the firm more than two decades ago, she has helped many clients make the connection between a positive reputation and stakeholder trust. She encourages her clients to listen to and understand the expectations of those impacted by their decisions and actions.

She has created crisis plans and executed crisis drills for a variety of organizations and has deep expertise in managing long-term crisis issues in both the health care and agriculture industries.

Her experience in strategic planning, thought leadership, and issues and crisis management makes her an absolute asset to her clients. They trust her to help achieve their goals through effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, coalition building, issues monitoring, and crisis planning and training.

Julie is driven by the opportunity to help her clients achieve their goals and deliver impactful results. She appreciates the chance to expand her knowledge every day, practice continuous improvement and support Standing’s culture of learning and collaboration.

When Julie isn’t at work, she can be found at the Missouri Botanical Garden where she’s been a member of the Corporate Council since 2013. She is also a member of Women in Agriculture, the St. Louis Agribusiness Club, and the Women’s Business Development Center St. Louis Program Committee. Julie is a graduate of Coro’s Women in Leadership program and has served on the board of the Coro Women in Leadership Alumni Association.
