Beth Rusert is a partner and senior vice president at Standing Partnership. Beth helps clients leverage organizational strengths to drive business growth while managing potential reputational risks.
Beth plays a key role in contributing to the company’s business strategy and leads its marketing. Beth is highly experienced at working with the C-suite to ensure there is alignment between the business strategies and the reputational goals of an organization. Her extensive background in strategic planning, public affairs, issues and crisis management and corporate social responsibility helps clients achieve their goals through effective messaging, stakeholder relations, thought leadership, coalition building, change communications, and issues and crisis planning. She has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including industrial manufacturing, financial, health care, automotive and hospitality.
Beth’s work on thought leadership has been recognized with several awards. Her work on Maritz’s research for the Cars Allowance Rebate System in 2010 earned her a Gold Magellan Award. In 2009, she received a Silver Magellan Award for an awareness campaign designed to establish thought leadership in the health care/wellness industry and a Bronze Magellan Award for a channel effectiveness campaign in the technology and telecommunications industries.
Beth has a Master of Arts degree in marketing from Webster University and Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Valparaiso University. She serves on the board of directors for Community Health Charities and Metro Leadership League.
